Impact & Fatigue Resistance

Up to 20x that of traditional concrete. Permitting more repetitions of loading without distress (75% m.o.r.). 

Flexural Strength

Holds up to 38 mPa without failure, ensuring lasting structural integrity.

50% more punch shear resistance than ordinary concrete. 

Fire Resistance

Resistant for 4 hours for temperatures up to 1150°C for a 10cm thick panel compared to 15mins for ORC. 

Thermal Efficiency

Insulated fibre steel solutions which are highly thermal efficient, having a metric R-value of 1 (1.61 imperial), ideal for extreme climates.

Stability

No shrinkage, cracking, warping, or creep for a long-lasting finish.

Buoyant
